-FRESH FRUIT SMOOTHIES
Fresh fruit smoothies are nutritious. All you need to do is-buy some fruits(bananas, strawberries, mangoes) from the market, wash, cut and blend it in a mixer along with milk or yogurt.Add some ice and your smoothie is ready.
These days packaged buttermilk is available in the market. Instead of having sugar loaded fruit juices, grab that masaledar buttermilk or chaas.
Making this tea is not complicated as it sounds. Just brew a kettle full of chamomile and keep it in a refrigerator. Pour it in a cup, add a spoonful of honey and slurp. It will hydrate you instantly and also soothe your nerves.
